(hereinafter "AFA" or "the Firm") is responsible for the treatment and protection of your personal data, which are treated confidentially in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations and the Guidelines of the Privacy Notice (hereinafter "Personal Data Law").

AFA guarantees that the transfers made will comply with the provisions of the Personal Data Law. AFA has security measures for the protection, confidentiality and assurance of your personal data in order to restrict access to them to unauthorized persons. Employees, partners of AFA and / or third parties that intervene in any phase of the processing of your personal data will keep confidentiality with respect to them. This obligation will subsist even after the end of the relationship between said persons.
