Emmanuel is in charge of the litigation and consulting area in tax matters, including the preparation of all kinds of promotions before the administrative and judicial authorities in the matter. Likewise, he has extensive experience in tax advice on corporate matters in national and international transactions. He is a lawyer with great interdisciplinary and professional skills, who has the ability to seek practical and innovative solutions to the problems raised by clients.

EXPERIENCE
Before joining AFA Abogados, Emmanuel worked for 7 years in the area of ​​tax litigation and protection at PdeA Abogados (Pérez de Acha and Ibarra de Rueda, SC) and in the foreign trade area of ​​SMPS (San Martín Pizarro Suárez, SC ).

EDUCATION
Emmanuel graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City campus, studied a specialty in tax law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, as well as a diploma on the amparo trial at the Mexican Academy of Tax Law. He recently took a course at the Instituto de Empresa (IE Business School Madrid) on legal technology and startups.
