EXPERIENCE
Luis has participated in more than 1,000 cases in commercial, constitutional, civil, bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Luis has participated in more than 100 corporate transactions, including transnational acquisitions and investments. He previously worked at Hogan Lovells and Zambrano Abogados.

EDUCATION
Graduated from CIDE (Center for Economic Research and Teaching) in 2015 with honorable mention. He was the best in his class and was awarded the Scholarship for Academic Excellence. Passing of the course "Introduction to Negotiation: A Strategic Manual for Becoming a Principle and Persuasive Negotiator" from Yale.
